Chocolate Dipped Rudolph Strawberries (Edit recipe)

Dropped some Rudolph knowledge on the kids after learning they never heard the song (gasp!) and knew we had to make these cuties to finish off the lesson 🍓. Make these your next holiday hit… all you need are strawberries, chocolate, pretzels, and any dye-free red candy,

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil together and stir until smooth (you can either do this on the stovetop or in the microwave).
  3. Melt your white chocolate chips and coconut oil together and stir until smooth in a separate bowl.
  4. Skewer your strawberries with a popsicle stick. Dip them in chocolate (or spoon it on) and twirl 5 times to get excess chocolate off. Place on the parchment paper.
  5. Take your pretzel twists and break them carefully (or cut with a knife) so you have antlers. Insert each one on either side of your strawberry.
  6. With a toothpick, dip it in the white chocolate and make 2 circles for your eyes. Place a mini chocolate chip with the pointy part face down on top.
  7. Add a red candy for the nose.
  8. Freeze for 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens, and enjoy. Store in the fridge for 1-2 days.
