Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Lightly mist an 11” x 7” glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt plant butter in large pot over medium low heat.
  3. Add marshmallows, stirring frequently until melted. Remove pot from heat.
  4. In large bowl, combine crispy rice cereal with granola. Add to melted marshmallow in pot; stir to combine.
  5. Quickly spoon mixture into prepared glass baking dish; spreading out with spatula to fit dish.
  6. Please chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for one minute; stir. Microwave for additional 30 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until chocolate is just melted and smooth.
  7. Pour melted chocolate over crispy treats, spreading out with spatula to cover top.
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt, if using. Allow chocolate to set before slicing. Slice into desired number of squares. Cover leftovers with plastic wraps and store at room temperature for up to 2 days. Serves 10+.
