Chocolate Mousse Truffle
Fail-proof velvety rich, yet light, truffles! These truffles are vegan-friendly AND take only 10 minutes from beginning to end. Bring this to your next holiday get together or make a batch for yourself as the perfect mini sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pascha Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips (Bulk), melted
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Water, boiling
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Unflavored Gelatin
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Primal Palate Gingersnap Spice, optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Soak the gelatin leaf in room temperature water for 4 min.
- Melt the chocolate with the hot water and stir until chocolate is fully combined.
- Microwave in 15 s increments until all chocolate is melted, stirring in between.
- Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin leaf and stir into the chocolate mixture until fully dissolved.
- Pour into mini chocolate molds.
- Place in fridge to set for 1-2 hr or overnight.
- Remove from mold and enjoy!
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge!
