Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Soak the gelatin leaf in room temperature water for 4 min.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the hot water and stir until chocolate is fully combined.
  3. Microwave in 15 s increments until all chocolate is melted, stirring in between.
  4. Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin leaf and stir into the chocolate mixture until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour into mini chocolate molds.
  6. Place in fridge to set for 1-2 hr or overnight.
  7. Remove from mold and enjoy!

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge!
