Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Crush weetbix into a container/bowl. Add sweetener and milk and mix until combined. Press the base down and place into the fridge whilst making the raspberry layer.
  2. Place raspberries in a bowl and microwave until soft. Stir through chia seeds until a jam texture forms. Spread evenly over weetbix base and set aside in the fridge whilst making the yoghurt layer.
  3. In a a seperate bowl, mix yoghurt, cocoa powder and protein powder until smooth. Spread evenly over raspberry layer. Place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 1 hour).
  4. When ready to eat, top with whipped cream & cacao nibs & enjoy!
