Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Weetbix
This easy high-protein breakfast tastes just like dessert for breakfast and is a chocolate lover's dream!
Ingredients
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Weetabix, can sub for oats
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, any yoghurt is fine
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein Powder (Macro Mike)
- 20 grams20 grams20 grams Whipped Cream
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Organic, Raw Cacao Nibs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Crush weetbix into a container/bowl. Add sweetener and milk and mix until combined. Press the base down and place into the fridge whilst making the raspberry layer.
- Place raspberries in a bowl and microwave until soft. Stir through chia seeds until a jam texture forms. Spread evenly over weetbix base and set aside in the fridge whilst making the yoghurt layer.
- In a a seperate bowl, mix yoghurt, cocoa powder and protein powder until smooth. Spread evenly over raspberry layer. Place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 1 hour).
- When ready to eat, top with whipped cream & cacao nibs & enjoy!
