- Avocado, mashed
- oven-baked turkey tenderloin (click for recipe), or protein of choice - deli meat, tuna, chicken, etc.
- oven-baked bacon (click for recipe)
- Lettuce, Romaine
- Tomato, Cherry

- Pepper Jack Cheese, or cheese of choice, shredded
- greek yogurt "honey" mustard (click for recipe)
- Sweet Potato Chips - Jackson's, or potato chip of choice

- Radish, or veggies of choice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first add bread to a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to “toast” bottom of bread.
- on a cutting board, pile on all club ingredients except the dressing.
- using a sharp knife, chop everything together until finely diced and evenly mixed.
- transfer to a bowl, then stir in a few spoonfuls of the greek yogurt honey mustard to coat.
- to build toast, remove toast from skillet then layer on: mashed avocado → chopped club → finish with a drizzle of greek yogurt honey mustard.
- serve with your favorite chips, veggies, & any other sides you like!
