Christmas Tree Cupcakes (paleo friendly)
Super cute and super easy Christmas tree cupcakes! The cupcakes themselves are paleo friendly, gluten free, refined sugar free, and are naturally dyed!
Ingredients

- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Milk
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- .66 cup.66 cup.66 cup Coconut Sugar
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1.75 cup1.75 cup1.75 cup Almond Flour
- .66 cup.66 cup.66 cup Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Coconut Cream, Cans
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Artificial Dye-Free Food Coloring, Green

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whisk your wet cupcake ingredients together
- Add in dry ingredients and stir to combine
- Pour into 12 muffin liners
- Bake at 350 for 15-16 minutes
- Allow to cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then move to cooling rack to finish cooling
- Prepare icing by whipping ingredients together with a hand or stand mixer
- Add in natural green colorant, place in piping bag with 1M piping tip, and swirl overtop cupcakes
- decorate with natural sprinkles
- Enjoy!
