These gluten-free chips require just FOUR ingredients and have all the warm sweet cinnamon flavors of autumn. 🍂 What’s great is you can customize to any holiday you want depending on what cookie cutters you use! Ready in less than 15 minutes, these are great for lunchboxes and after school snack.
Ingredients
- 333 Almond Flour Tortillas - Siete Foods
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Spray
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Line 3 almond flour tortillas on top of each other and using cookie cutters, press down on all 3 tortillas to cut out shapes. Repeat until all the tortillas are used, and line the parchment paper with your cut-outs.
- Spray your tortilla shapes with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy, and enjoy!
