Cinnamon Vanilla Granola
Gluten Free granola with incredible flavor! This granola is so easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Organic Walnuts
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp "Cinnamon Roll" Faux Joe Coffee Alternative (Loose Leaf) - Sip Herbals
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Honey
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp ground (vanilla bean powder) Vanilla Beans

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
- Mix well until oats and nuts are fully covered with the honey and syrup.
- Evenly spread the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350F for 24 – 26 minutes. Halfway through, stir the mixture and spread evenly on the parchment paper.
- Cool the granola for 45 – 60 minutes.
- After the granola is completely cooled, break the granola with your hands.
- Store in an airtight container.
