Citrus Honey Glaze Air Fryer Halibut
Ingredients
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Halibut Filet
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Orange Juice
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Honey
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder
Process
- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, orange juice, honey, and garlic powder.
- Add the halibut and the sauce to a resealable zip bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or up to a day if you like.
- Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket and then place the halibut pieces in the tray, reserving the liquid in the bag.
- Cook the halibut at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. There is no need to preheat your air fryer.
- While the fish is cooking add the reserved marinade to a small saucepan and heat it to medium heat.
- Let the marinade come to a slow boil and stir occasionally until it becomes a glaze-like consistency, about 5-6 minutes. Then spoon over the cooked halibut.
