a double-layered mix of vanilla + chocolate puppy chow, folded with crunchy gluten-free cereal, grain-free pretzels, sugar-free chocolate, & my cookies & cream protein cookie dough balls… it’s nostalgic, high-protein, & of course, delicious!
Ingredients
vanilla
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cashew Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Simply Honey Oat Protein Cereal - Seven Sundays

- 2.5 oz2.5 oz2.5 oz Grain-Free Pretzel Twists, Sea Salt - Fit Joy, 1/2 bag
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Vanilla Finishing Salt - Texas Salt Co., or regular sea salt

chocolate
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cashew Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Grain-Free Cereal, Cocoa - Lovebird
- 2.5 oz2.5 oz2.5 oz Grain-Free Pretzel Twists, Sea Salt - Fit Joy, 1/2 bag
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chocolate Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Chocolate Salt Electrolyte Mix - LMNT, or regular sea salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
vanilla
- to a saucepan, melt cashew butter & white chocolate chips over low heat.
- to a large bowl, add honey oat cereal + pretzels, then pour melted cashew butter & white chocolate; combine.
- pour onto a lined baking sheet & refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- add puppy chow, to a bowl with a lid or a plastic bag.
- add vanilla protein powder & vanilla salt; shake well.
chocolate
- to a saucepan, melt cashew butter & dark chocolate chips over low heat.
- to a large bowl, add chocolate cereal + pretzels, then pour melted cashew butter & dark chocolate; combine.
- pour onto a lined baking sheet & refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- add puppy chow, to a bowl with a lid or a plastic bag.
- add chocolate protein powder & chocolate salt; shake well.
put it all together
- in a large bowl, combine vanilla & chocolate protein puppy chow, then fold-in cookies & cream protein cookie dough balls + sandwich cookies.
- freeze for at least 30 minutes & store puppy chow in the freezer.
