- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Marinara Sauce
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Cottage Cheese, Blended
- 1.25 cup1.25 cup1.25 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Parsley, Chopped & Divided

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Basil Pesto

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Prepare kaizen ziti according to package directions. Boil 1-2 minutes less than recommended, as the ziti will cook a bit more in the oven.
- In a mixing bowl, combine: cottage cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1/8 cup fresh parsley, 2 tbsp pesto. Mix and set aside.
- In a baking dish, add 1 cup of sauce. Add pasta & gently stir.
- Spread cottage cheese mixture on top of pasta. Then cover with remainder of sauce.
- Top with remaining cup of mozzarella, fresh parley, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Bake at 400F approx 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve & enjoy!

Can sub any premade pesto.
