  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sprouted oats, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and kosher salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, tahini, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla bean paste to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Stir in the dark chocolate chunks or chips.
