Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto, or regular

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 0.333 - 0.5 cup0.333 - 0.5 cup0.333 - 0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly, see notes for different flavors!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- to a food processor, combine cottage cheese, greek yogurt, monk fruit, salt, & vanilla extract.
- once pureed, add protein powder (or flavor of choice from notes) in.
- pour into a small container & freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.
- *option to scoop into balls around the 2 hour mark, then store back in the freezer to solidify - makes it easier to grab when you want it!
- when ready to serve, let sit out 10-15 minutes before scooping.
- add ice-cream to a bowl & top with anything you like!
Notes
vanilla: use 1/3-1/2 cup be well by kelly vanilla protein powder
chocolate: use 1/4 cup be well by kelly chocolate protein powder + 2-4 T cacao powder
peanut butter (or any nut butter flavor): use 1/3-1/2 cup peanut butter powder or any nut butter powder
strawberry (or any fruit flavor): use 1/4 cup be well by kelly vanilla protein powder + 1/4 cup frozen strawberries (or fruit of choice)
topping suggestions:
1. protein cookie dough balls - any flavor - i mixed my chocolate chip + brownie batter
2. protein puppy chow - any flavor - i used my neapolitan!
3. granola - waffle cone granola is a must, but use your favorite
4. nuts, seeds, coconut flakes
5. sugar-free dark, white, caramel, chips
6. fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried fruits
