i love getting inspo from a restaurant! i turned the chipotle raspberry black bean dip from so long's in MHK into a delicious easy skillet meal!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. in a small saucepan, add all ingredients for chipotle raspberry jam.
  3. bring jam to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  4. option to blend up jam in a food processor or using an immersion blender.
  5. in a oven safe skillet, brown ground turkey.
  6. while turkey is cooking, combine cream cheese, greek yogurt, & seasonings.
  7. mix black beans & creamy mixture into ground turkey.
  8. spread a layer of the chipotle raspberry jam on top of turkey mixture.
  9. sprinkle cheese on top.
  10. place in the oven for 12-15 minutes, with option to broil last 3-5 minutes.
  11. garnish with cilantro & use tortilla chips or veggies to dip with!
