- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayonnaise

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion), finely sliced
For Strawberry, Honey and Chocolate Toast
- 2 - 4 whole2 - 4 whole2 - 4 whole Strawberries
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dark Chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Mint Leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Hemp Hearts, optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Toast bread slice to preferred doneness.
- Spread about ¼ cup of low-fat cottage cheese. If savory toast, season with sprinkle of salt and black pepper.
- Add your toppings, and enjoy right away.
- Mix all ingredients in small bowl together, season with salt and pepper before adding to toast.
- To melt chocolate chips, add them to microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds increments until fully melted.
