Cotton Candy Smoothie
Raise your hand if you LOVE COTTON CANDY?? Fun Fact: cotton candy is actually one of my favorite treats to buy at sports games!
Cotton Candy Grapes are a favorite of mine! You can pop them in the freezer for healthy snacking OR make this creamy and delicious BLUE COTTON CANDY SMOOTHIE!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, (any kind)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cotton Candy Grapes, frozen
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Collagen, (or sub vanilla protein powder)
- 111 Banana, frozen
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 0.8 grams0.8 grams0.8 grams Spirulina Powder, (I used E3live Blue Majik Capsules, just the powder from 2 capsules)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
- If you don’t have E3live Blue Majik capsules you can use beet powder for a pink cotton candy instead, use food coloring OR omit the powder completely
- Use the blender’s wand if necessary. If you are having trouble blending add more milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency!
- Enjoy with some extra frozen cotton candy grapes on top!
