This cowboy caviar is such an easy, crowd-pleasing recipe to make! It's a delicious and high-fibre dip that pairs well with tortilla chips. It's also delicious as a side or appetizer for a party. It's no bake and so easy to throw together. Simply combine all the ingredients into a bowl, make your dressing and toss everything together!

For the Hot Sauce Dressing

  • 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Lime, juiced
  • 2 whole Garlic, cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Bird Sriracha Hot Sauce, or any hot sauce of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
