Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium/large sized pot, brown ground beef with garlic powder and sea salt. Make sure to brown over medium to low heat.
  2. Once beef is browned, remove from pot, and place in a covered container.
  3. Next, add butter, onion, carrots, and the rest of the spices to your pot. Sauté until vegetables become tender.
  4. Then, add in flour and stir until veggies are coated.
  5. While stirring continuously, slowly pour in the bone broth. (The slower you pour in the bone broth, the more easily it will help thicken the soup)
  6. Next add in potatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
  7. Add in cream, ground beef, and Boursin cheese.
  8. Stir until the Boursin had dissolved completely.
  9. Then add in cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and Frank's.
  10. Serve warm! *Optional toppings include, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions, fresh parsley etc!
