It even has the ketchup and dill pickles! I am so excited for you to try this one. You can make it with my Cashew Cheese Sauce recipe or grab a jar of your favorite Cashew Cheese sauce to make it even easier!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cook bacon in a large pot till crisp & move to a paper towel lined plate
  2. Discard all but 2 tbsp of bacon fat
  3. Add onion, cook till soft
  4. Add beef, cook till no longer pink
  5. Add garlic, stir one minute
  6. Add broth, potatoes, carrots & ketchup, bring to a boil
  7. Lower & simmer 15 minutes
  8. Add cashew cheese sauce, coconut cream, salt & pepper
  9. Stir well & simmer 10 minutes
  10. Add bacon & pickle slices for garnish
