- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, can use coconut yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 scoop
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey, can sub maple syrup

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until fully combined and smooth.

Notes
Can be made in a Ninja creami on the smoothie setting. Spin twice and add a tbsp of orange juice or milk of choice in between spins to achieve a smooth consistency.
