- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Broccoli, chopped into small florets
- 100 grams100 grams100 grams Kale, chopped
- 175 grams175 grams175 grams Rigatoni Pasta

- 275 grams275 grams275 grams Silken Tofu
- 50 grams50 grams50 grams Cashews, Raw

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Basil, Fresh

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pistachios, Raw, chopped (optional)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Basil, Fresh, chopped

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Hemp Hearts, (optional)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add onion and salt, then gently sauté for 8 mins, stirring often. Add garlic and cook 2 mins more.
- Transfer to a blender with tofu, cashews, lemon juice, basil, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. adjust flavour, you may need more salt.
- Cook pasta as per instructions. In the same pan, add broccoli, kale, a splash of water (enough to cover the base), and a pinch of salt. Cover and steam on medium heat for 5–8 mins until tender but still vibrant.
- Combine cooked pasta, greens, and sauce. Stir and gently reheat for 1–2 mins. Add a splash of water if sauce is too thick.
- Serve with toppings of choice and extra basil 💫
