- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 400.
- wash & dry potatoes well.
- using a mandolin cutter, carefully slice potatoes into ⅛” slices.
- using a paper towel, pat dry potatoes so they are completely dry, then add them to a large bowl.
- melt a stick of butter & allow to cool.
- in a small bowl, combine melted butter, seasonings, & ~Âľ cup of cheese.
- pour butter mixture overtop potatoes & combine well.
- to a baking dish, line up potatoes in 3 long rows.
- sprinkle with remaining cheese, then cover baking dish with tin foil.
- bake for 45 minutes covered, another 15-20 minutes uncovered, & an optional 5 minutes of broiling at the very end.
