Crispy Chik’n Spinach Dip Sammies
This combo is giving you guys! Grilled pretzel buns, crispy plant-based chik'n filets, creamy spinach dip, literal heaven. Y'all need to try these <3
Ingredients

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Ultimate Plant-Based Chick'n Filets - Gardein
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Frisée Lettuce, I used Living Lettuce
- 227 grams227 grams227 grams Spinach Dip
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 12 pieces12 pieces12 pieces Aged Cheddar Cheese, English cheddar, cut from the brick

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Red Pepper Flakes

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven according to package directions for your filets and get them onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Once preheated, bake until golden and crisp, flipping at least once at the halfway mark. If needed, cook a few minutes longer than what's recommended for that crispy action. When your filets are golden and crisp, top each one with 4 slices cheddar and return to the oven until melty. Remove and sprinkle each patty with salt, pepper, and pepper flakes.
- With 5 minutes remaining on your filets, heat a grill pan to just about medium. Cut open your pretzel rolls and brush them with EVOO before placing them on the grill yo grill until golden and crisp. Remove carefully and get them on to your work surface.
- Slather spinach dip on the bottom buns and generously on the top buns. Lay as much lettuce as desired on the bottom buns and nestle your cheesy chik'n filet on top. Top with thinly sliced red onions, close them up, serve & ENJOY these creamy, crispy sammies.
