Protein packed, gorgeous, and delicious! I whipped up a creamy white bean skillet that features heat from pepperoncini, fresh basil, nutty, savoury notes from grana padano, and rich cream. I topped it off with crispy, plant-based chik'n smothered in mozz and gorgeous pesto. So delish you guys <3
