Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix Milk, yeast, sugar, salt and egg together
  2. Then add flour into the mixture gradually and mix it
  3. Add butter and knead the dough until the texture is smooth
  4. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm temperature.
  5. Once the dough rises, divide the dough into small round shape balls
  6. Press the dough ball and place the round shape cutter in between the dough balls and cut it it from between to make donut shape.
  7. Now place a pan and put oil into it as required and fry the donut until golden brown.

Notes

You can do any coating of your choice I prefer melted chocolate and powder sugar coating.
