I can hands down say these are some of the fluffiest pancakes you will ever make! Plus, they are packed with protein and low in sugar, making them the perfect healthy breakfast that you are bound to fall in love with. I mean, who can say no to chocolate for breakfast?

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, combine all the flour, protein powder, cacao powder, milk and EGG YOLK ONLY (separate egg white into a different bowl) and whisk until smooth.
  2. Using an electric beater whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold egg whites into rest of batter.
  4. Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and lightly spray with oil/butter.
  5. Spoon mixture into pan (add as much or as little as you like, depending on what size you want your pancakes).
  6. Cook until bubbles appear (~2 mins) before flipping and cooking for another minute.
  7. Repeat until the batter is used up.
  8. In a small bowl, stir together cacao powder and a dash of water until you get your desired consistency.
  9. Spread yogurt over pancakes.
  10. Drizzle with choccy sauce.
  11. Crumble over Chocolate Energy Ball & enjoy!
