Easy Blueberry Sorbet
Refreshing and packed with antioxidants, this blueberry sorbet is the perfect summer treat! Feel free to use any berries that are calling your name!
Ingredients
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Frozen Blueberries
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup pure Pomegranate Juice, Any juice
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Honey

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Process or blend ingredients together until smooth, scraping down the sides in between
- Pour into a large glass dish, cover and freeze at least 2 hours
- Scoop and enjoy!!
- As long as you're using frozen blueberries you can eat right away and it will be just a little thinner. The larger the container you freeze it in the quicker it thickens
