Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend cottage cheese, cacao, protein, syrup until creamy
  2. Stir (not blend) in drippy peanut butter throughout and chopped pb cups
  3. Pour into loaf tin and freeze for 4-5 hours for best frozen custard consistency
  4. If freezing longer let come to room for about 15 min before enjoying, or microwave for a few seconds to soft
  5. Store in an airtight container in the freezer

Notes

You can use chocolate or chocolate pb or unflavored protein powder. You can omit it all together if you choose too full fat cottage cheese will yield the creamiest result hemp hearts are optional for added nutritional boost. They won't affect the texture if you omit I used Justin's brand organic dark chocolate pb cups
