Easy Chocolate “Buttermilk” Mug Cake
Who doesn’t love the convenience of a microwave, single-serving cake?
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour, (28g)
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder, (5-6g)
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Baking Powder
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Baking Soda
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Whole Milk, (45g) or Buttermilk (skip vinegar if using buttermilk)
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Canola Oil, (30g)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
