  • .5 tsp Salt, for drawing out moisture
  • 1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil, for brushing
  • .25 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • .5 cup Pizza Sauce, or marinara, low carb or no sugar added
  • .75 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded, or cheese of choice
