Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Make cookies by combining ingredients together, rolling into balls and flattening, and bake at 350 for 7min
  2. Make caramel by processing ingredients together, scraping sides in between. If your dates aren't very soft soak them in hot water for 20+ min prior to this step
  3. Melt chocolate and pour into the bottom of silicone muffin liners
  4. Place cooled cookies overtop
  5. Place caramel overtop (will be gooey!)
  6. Drizzle more chocolate and flakey sea salt overtop
  7. Place in the freezer for 20min+ until chocolate is hard
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Store in the fridge

Notes

Can sub coconut butter or tahini for cashew butter can use date syrup in place of maple syrup
