Easy Protein Fruit Dip
Only 3 ingredients needed to make this thick yet fluffy strawberry fruit dip! Can easily be made in vanilla flavor, peaches n cream, chocolate, etc! I used my favorite clean ingredient protein powder from Just Ingredients here in strawberries n cream for a nourishing flavor boost. Ingredients
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, I like Nancy's organic probiotic cream cheese
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Protein Powder, Strawberries & Cream - Just Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Powdered Sugar, Or powdered monkfruit sweetener*
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour, *

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- If using homemade whipped cream- chill a mixing bowl, then whip all ingredients together with a stand mixer or electric hand mixer
- It will take 5-7 minutes for it to come together into a whipped cream consistency
- If using the powdered monkfruit you'll want to add the extra arrowroot flour to help thicken it
- In a seperate bowl, whip your softened cream cheese
- Then whip it together with strawberry protein powder (or ~3 tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder)
- Lastly, add 1 tub of cool whip or your homemade whipped cream and whip again until just combined
- Enjoy right away or keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3 days
