Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and ranch seasoning packet.
  2. Pour in the oat milk and stir until combined. (Feel free to add additional oat milk to reach desired consistency, but make sure to add little by little and taste as you go.)
  3. Cover ranch with plastic wrap and place in fridge to let flavors develop while we make the shrimp shrimp.
  4. Preheat oven to 450F and line two large baking sheets.
  5. Make sure the raw shrimp is peeled, deveined, and thawed, and then add to a large bowl and pat dry.
  6. Add olive oil and seasoning to the shrimp and toss until the shrimp are evenly covered in the seasoning.
  7. Individually place each shrimp on the baking sheets, making sure not to over crowd the baking sheets.
  8. Bake at 450F for 6 minutes.
  9. Remove shrimp from oven and carefully place 2-3 shrimps on festive skewers.
  10. Add skewered shrimp onto serving dish and pour chilled ranch into serving bowl.
  11. Serve & enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is extremely flexible. Feel free to use your favorite seasoning if you're not a big fan of old bay seasoning. I also tried this with Primal Palate's meat and potatoes seasoning and it turned out great! Additionally, I'd like to thank U.S. Wellness Meats and Primal Palate for gifting me the ingredients for this recipe!
