This refreshing, easy strawberry daiquiri recipe is the perfect drink to sip on all summer long! Made with only 5 simple ingredients: frozen strawberries, ice, rum, San Pellegrino Limonata, and some sugar! I also love adding some fresh lime or mint to garnish, it adds such a nice flavour! The texture is slush-like, which makes it perfect to sip outside or by the pool. This is definitely going to be your go-to drink for the summer!

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until no chunks remain. Stir and scrape down sides of the blender to ensure no strawberry chunks remain.
  2. If strawberry daiquiri drink is too liquidy, simply add more ice and add more sugar, rum to your liking!
  3. Pour into a glass, garnish with lime, mint, or extra strawberries and enjoy!

Notes

How to store: Place leftover strawberry daiquiri in a sealed jar or bottle and keep in the fridge for about 3 days. It is best to drink this as soon as it's made, however it can stay fresh for a few days in the fridge. FUN TIP: If you have some leftover, you can turn these into a fun strawberry daiquiri popsicle! Pour the rest of the drink into a popsicle mold, freeze and voila!
