  1. 1) Place chicken breast and salsa in a medium dutch oven
  2. 2) Get to a simmer and turn it down to low
  3. 3) Simmer, covered, for 3 hours or until chicken easily shreds (add water if liquid reduces)
  4. 4) Shred chicken up using 2 forks
  5. 5) Add zucchini, broth, beans, and a little more salt and pepper
  6. 6) Stir all together and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until it has thickened up a bit
  7. 7) Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed
  8. 8) Top with your toppings and enjoy!
