- 1/4-1/2 tsp1/4-1/2 tsp1/4-1/2 tsp Sea Salt, to taste

spicy "duck" sauce
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Apricot Superfood Jam - Smash Foods

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

- in a large skillet, brown ground meat of choice.
- remove meat skillet, then add in broccoli slaw, mushrooms, green onions, cilantro, & water chestnuts.
- cook until veggies are soft, ~8-10 minutes.
- add meat back in, along with remaining ingredients & simmer until sauce is ready.
spicy “duck” sauce
- add all sauce ingredients & bring to a boil.
- reduce sauce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes or until in thickens - adding more water as needed (if you thin it out too much, just mix a little arrowroot starch in water & add to sauce).
build your bowl
- add your egg roll in a bowl mixture to a bowl.
- garnish with cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, & drizzle your spicy “duck” sauce on top.
