Everything Bagel Chicken Salad {dairy free}
This everything bagel chicken salad is a quick and easy lunch made with shredded chicken, dairy free cream cheese and yogurt, bagel seasoning, and veggies like radish and cucumber.
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Dairy-Free Cream Cheese - Kite Hill
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cocojune Organic Coconut Yogurt, Plain
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning, + 1 tsp
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chives, chopped
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cucumber, diced
- 222 Radish, halved and sliced thin

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add the cream cheese, yogurt, 1 tbsp of bagel seasoning, and 2 tsp of chives to a small bowl. Whip to combine until well incorporated. Set aside.
- Using a larger bowl, add the chicken, cucumber, radishes, and the cream cheese mixture. Use tongs to toss to combine. Top with an extra 1 tsp of bagel seasoning and 1 tsp chives.
- Serve the chicken salad on a lettuce wrap, gluten-free bagel, or with crackers!
Notes
If you’re eating this as a sandwich, wrap, or on a bagel, I highly recommend serving it with pickled onions or another pickled vegetable! This really compliments the bagel flavor well and brightens up the whole sandwich. All nutrition facts are estimated and will vary.
