Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. To prepare kelp noodles, rinse, add to a bowl and cover with water. Add 1 tbsp baking soda and lemon juice to soften noodles. Once soft, drain and set aside
  2. In a large pot* over medium heat, add the carrots and onion. Sauté for 3 minutes
  3. Add ginger, garlic, mushroom. Cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add in miso and coconut aminos and mix into the veggies
  5. Add broth, bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Add steak and noodles, simmer for 2 minutes
  7. Top with green onion and enjoy🤍
