Fondue Sourdough Crackers
It’s official… I am in love with a snack! These fondue flavored sourdough cracker are ridiculous, I can’t stop eating them!!! Seriously someone help me, I think I have a problem.
Ingredients
- 400 grams400 grams400 grams Sourdough Starter, Homemade
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Black Pepper

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Gruyere Cheese, shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350º
- Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir together until well incorporated.
- Pour your mixture out on to a large parchment lined cookie sheet or split between two parchment lined cookie sheets.
- Spread the mixture out on your cookie sheet using a spatula into a large thin sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and score your sourdough into square like cracker shapes using a sharp knife
- Replace in your oven and bake for an additional 40 minutes
- Remove, let cool and then snack to your hearts content!
Notes
Try not to eat too many at one time!
