Flank Steak Marinade
Definitely one of my favorite marinades for flank steak, it also works really well with skirt steak, and pretty much any cut of steak. Chop this steak up and add it to a salad or pair with some roasted potatoes and your favorite bottle of red.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Flank Steak
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Shallot, chopped
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cherry Habanero Jam - Profanity Jam
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Red Wine, Cabernet Sauvignon
