Frozen S’mores
These frozen s’mores have no business being this good 🍫❄️
I took this viral trend and put my spin on it (aka made with cottage cheese…are you surprised?) and am very happy with the tasty result. They’re creamy, chocolatey, and are a cross between s’mores and an ice cream sandwich. Your inner child wants s’mores. Your adult metabolism wants some protein. I made peace.
No campfire. No baking. No one judging your third bite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese, Low-Fat
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cool Whip
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup 55% Cacao Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co., melted

- 14 whole14 whole14 whole Graham Crackers
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chocolate Protein Powder, optional - see notes

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add melted chocolate to cottage cheese and stir (I blended cottage cheese beforehand but you don't need to).
- Place 7 full graham cracker sheets on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the chocolate mixture on top. Freeze for 10 min.
- Take whipped topping (I left out for 15 min to soften) and spread over chocolate.
- Top with the remaining 7 graham crackers. Freeze for 2 hours and cut into squares.
- Store in fridge or freezer (let thaw for a few min before eating if doing this) with parchment paper in between. If storing in fridge, it does get pretty soft and would only last 3 days. I prefer to store in freezer.
Notes
The protein powder is an optional addition if you want this even sweeter and higher in protein. This one (JOYFUL12 saves money) and this one (vegan option too - JOYFUL saves money) are my favorites.
