Kiwi Cheesecake Parfait
This single serve kiwi "cheesecake" is such a great snack or dessert with protein and other benefits! Kiwi is a powerhouse fruit and contains Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and fiber, which makes them a great immune-boosting snack. You can also prep this ahead of time and add the graham crackers before serving.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cottage Cheese, Low-Fat, blended or can leave as is
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Kiwi, skinned and chopped
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins - Simple Mills, or graham crackers, crushed
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
