Gluten Free Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Brown butter makes everything better, right?!?! This is so moist and delicious, and it won’t even last a day in your house!
Ingredients
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Butter, Salted

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Banana
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour - Primal Palate

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cassava Flour

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chocolate Chips - Enjoy Life, Mini

- Preheat oven to 400°
- Melt the butter in a pan until it simmers. Let simmer until it gets brown, then put it to the side to cool slightly
- Add the banana, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract to a bowl
- Mix until well combined
- Add everything else except the chocolate chips
- Mix until all combined, and then mix in the chocolate chips
- Bake in a bread pan with parchment paper at 400° for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
