Gluten Free Coffee Cake
Who’s ready for cozy baking recipes?!?! I enjoy coffee cake with a warm cup of tea or coffee on cold days. This one is incredibly delicious and incredibly easy to make!

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Mud Season Nut Butter - Mixed Up Foods

- Preheat the oven at 375°
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients for crumble topping
- Use a fork to mix it until it resembles a crumble
- In a large bowl combine the rest the ingredients for the batter
- Mix until all incorporated
- Butter a square or round baking dish
- Pour batter into baking dish
- Spread crumble topping over the top in an even layer
- Bake at 375° for 30-35 mins
- Let cool a little before slicing
- Top with a small scoop of mud season nut butter
