Who’s ready for cozy baking recipes?!?! I enjoy coffee cake with a warm cup of tea or coffee on cold days. This one is incredibly delicious and incredibly easy to make!

  1. Preheat the oven at 375°
  2. In a small bowl combine all ingredients for crumble topping
  3. Use a fork to mix it until it resembles a crumble
  4. In a large bowl combine the rest the ingredients for the batter
  5. Mix until all incorporated
  6. Butter a square or round baking dish
  7. Pour batter into baking dish
  8. Spread crumble topping over the top in an even layer
  9. Bake at 375° for 30-35 mins
  10. Let cool a little before slicing
  11. Top with a small scoop of mud season nut butter
  12. Enjoy!
