Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Boil a cup of water and pour over 5 teaspoons of Sip Herbals Cinnamon Roll Faux Joe. Set aside and let cool.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, begin to whip the heavy cream. Once it starts to thicken, add in the sugar, sea salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Continue to mix until stiff peaks form. Then add in the mascarpone cheese – make sure it is room temperature!
  3. Pour the Faux Joe in a shallow dish, along with the Rum. Carefully dip a lady finger in for 1 quick second on each side – be careful not to leave it in too long or it will get soggy!
  4. Place a lady finger on the bottom of an 8x8 dish. Cover the bottom of the pan with the lady fingers and then add half of the whipped mascarpone cream on top. Repeat the process with another layer of ladyfingers and then the rest of the cream.
  5. Dust the top with chocolate shavings and place in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
