These soft cinnamon roll cookies are topped with a delicious cream cheese frosting and are gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar-free!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond butter, maple and coconut sugar.
  3. Add in egg and vanilla extract and whisk to combine.
  4. Stir in oat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and Sip Herbals.
  5. Scoop batter onto cookie sheet, using hands to gently flatten and shape cookies. Cookies will spread, so make sure there is some space between them.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. While cookies are cooling, beat together frosting ingredients. Taste and add more maple syrup, as needed, for desired sweetness.
  8. Once cookies have cooled, swirl on frosting.
  9. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon.

Notes

Make sure both cream cheese and frosting are soft to ensure a creamy frosting.
