Gluten Free Hamburger Buns
Golden brown on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Fire up that grill, hamburgers, sloppy joes, pulled pork or grilled fish never had it so good! A fantastic variation of our GLUTEN FREE DINNER ROLL
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Gluten Free Dinner or Cinnamon Rolls (click for recipe)
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sesame Seeds, optional
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Prepare dinner roll recipe as directed.
- Divide into 8 equal portions and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat mat
- Place dough balls about ¾“ apart, cover with plastic and allow to rise in a warm spot in your kitchen for approximately 20 mins.
- Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds (if desired) and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
