Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Slice the eggplant into cubes and sweet peppers into rings
  2. In an 11” x 7” baking dish, pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce and spread evenly throughout the dish
  3. Place the goat cheese over the sauce in the centre of the dish
  4. Place the eggplant and peppers around the goat cheese
  5. Season the dish with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil
  6. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
  7. Out of the oven, let cool for 10 minutes
  8. Mix the cheese and sauce thoroughly until the goat cheese is thoroughly incorporated into the sauce
  9. Mix in cooked orecchiette until it’s evenly coated in sauce
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
