Melty chocolate with crisp edges and an almost cakey interior, yet easier to prepare than other cookies or cakes! Our grain-free skillet cookie is so perfect for sharing that your whole family can dig right in to enjoy. Add a pinch of flakey sea salt with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream on top. Voila! You've got yourself a giant cookie à la mode!
