Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Strain fresh grapefruit juice to remove any large amounts of pulp. Pour 2 ounces of juice into each serving glass.
  2. Add 1/2 ounce of elderflower liqueur to each glass and then top each drink with 4 ounces of prosecco. Serve with a fresh grapefruit wedge, if desired.

Notes

- Dry champagne or another sparkling wine can be used as an alternative to prosecco. - For a non-alcoholic version, omit the elderflower liqueur and replace the prosecco with club soda.
